1. 协助暖通工程师绘制图纸工作;
2. 协助暖通工程师参与暖通的相关报告、图纸、文本等编制工作；
3. 协助暖通工程师做好项目管理及顾问工作；
4. 协助暖通工程师参与制定项目工程进度表；
5. 协助暖通工程师协调市政配套的具体实施工作，配合做好项目报批报建工作和市政配套征询工作；
6. 协助暖通工程师做好各设计阶段工程图纸的优化、审核、设计交底和图纸会审工作；
7. 负责项目图纸、文本等资料的打印和整理工作。

1. 本科及以上学历，暖通空调（HVAC）、建筑环境与能源应用工程、热能与动力工程等相关专业。
2. 具备1-2年暖通工程相关工作经验，优秀应届毕业生亦可考虑。
3. 具备扎实的暖通专业基础知识，熟悉暖通设计相关规范、标准及技术要求，了解项目实施过程中各专业间的协同配合流程。
4. 熟练使用天正CAD、AutoCAD及Microsoft Office等办公软件，具备良好的图纸识读及工程文档编制能力。
5. 具备基础的英文读写及沟通能力，能够阅读和理解英文技术资料者优先。
6. 工作认真负责，具备良好的职业素养和敬业精神，能够积极推动工作落实。
7. 具备良好的团队合作意识、人际沟通能力及跨部门协调能力。
8. 具备较强的学习能力和问题分析能力，能够在指导下独立开展和完成相关工作。
