Are you highly organized, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional learning experiences? We are looking for a Learning Administrator to join our team and play a key role in coordinating training programs for global clients across multiple industries.
As a Learning Administrator, you will support the successful delivery of virtual and instructor-led training programs by managing course scheduling, enrolments, logistics, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, publish, and administer learning programs and training courses.
- Manage learner enrolments and issue joining instructions.
- Coordinate with trainers, vendors, hotels, conference centres, and catering providers.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for facilitators and participants as required.
- Respond to learner and client queries via email and phone.
- Ensure service delivery meets SLA and KPI commitments.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience in administration, operations, customer service, or coordination roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Experience working with global teams and across different time zones is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within Learning & Development or Training Administration.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
