Eckroth Music, an employee-owned company, serving the music industry since 1972, is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Professional/School Service Representative in our Fargo ND location. The primary function of the Retail Sales Professional/School Service Representative is to provide outstanding customer service by developing and maintaining director relationships.

Position Summary
- Actively lead recruiting, rental, and retention programs in your school accounts
- Work cooperatively with Band Directors and sales team.
- Assist customers with their specific requests and needs.
- Shipping and receiving products.
- Processing orders and rentals
- Packing and prepping for school events such as rental displays
- Play testing beginner band and orchestra students.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following professional skills and characteristics :
- An interest in music that is focused on band and/or orchestral instruments
- Strong Leadership, interpersonal, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Previous sales and sales management
- An ability to lift and unload products (50+ lbs)
- Strong customer service skills
- A collaborative team member who is energetic and enthusiastic
- An attention to detail
