Base pay: $17.13–$19.00 per hour, depending on experience
Tip pool: Typically adds another $5–$8 per hour

That means team members typically earn approximately $22.13–$27.00 per hour with tips. Tips vary based on restaurant sales, shifts, and hours worked.

Noodle Express is hiring Restaurant Team Members for our North Division location.

We are looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy working with customers, cooking great food, or helping lead a busy restaurant shift. Depending on your experience and interests, you may work in customer service, food preparation, cooking, or shift support.

We are a fast-casual Asian fusion restaurant where everyone helps out, customers matter, and we have a great time serving them! 

What You’ll Do

Depending on your training and assigned station, you may:

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, helpful service
• Take orders and operate the point-of-sale system
• Prepare and cook noodle bowls, rice bowls, appetizers, and other menu items
• Complete food-preparation and ingredient-prep tasks
• Package accurate dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders
• Keep the kitchen, front counter, and dining areas clean and organized
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Communicate clearly with coworkers and managers
• Help open, close, clean, and restock the restaurant
• Support or lead the team during assigned shifts based on experience
• Jump in wherever help is needed—because “not my station” is not really our thing

• A willingness to learn multiple restaurant stations
• Restaurant, fast-food, retail, hospitality, cooking, or customer-service experience is helpful
• Previous experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, Cashier, Restaurant Team Member, Shift Leader, or Team Lead is a plus
• The ability to safely perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
