About the Role
  • Monitor network security performance, availability, and service health.
  • Track incidents, service requests, and change management activities.
  • Support network and communication service deployment projects, including vendor coordination and implementation activities.
  • Assist in network security reviews, documentation, and risk, compliance, and governance-related activities.
