In alignment with the mission and strategic direction of Neighborhood House, the Associate Director of Community Health plays a critical role in strengthening the infrastructure, systems, and day-to-day operations that support our expanding Community Health programs, including the Center 55+, Food Security, Housing, and HRSN initiatives. The purpose of the Associate Director of Community Health is to ensure that Community Health programs are impactful, sustainable, scalable, and well-supported. By establishing strong systems and infrastructure, the Associate Director of Community Health empowers program teams to focus fully on delivering effective community services. This role works closely with the Director of Community Engagement and Community Health to translate strategic priorities into clear, functional systems and workflows that improve program delivery, staff efficiency, community engagement, and participant experience. This role directly supervises the Community Health Program Managers and collaborates with other internal and external stakeholders to implement and maintain effective program and operational systems and frameworks. |
