Job Description
This role will be based in NYC, Chicago, Detroit, Omaha, San Francisco, Sunnyvale or remote.

LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) helps marketers connect with the audiences that matter most through trusted, data-driven advertising solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. As a Global Enablement Lead, LMS, you will design and lead transformative, scalable enablement programs that equip customer-facing teams with the skills, knowledge, and tools needed to accelerate customer value, improve sales effectiveness, and drive business growth.
You are passionate about driving behavior change and influencing commercial outcomes through Enablement. You are a strategic problem solver with a data-driven approach who deeply understands sales challenges. As an expert in your program area, you will build scalable global or line of business wide programs that lead the sales organization through sustained, long-term change. You will effectively prioritize and protect field energy in recommending a clear, multi-horizon strategic enablement plan that solves the most important objectives for the business. You understand the nuances and needs of regional/segment stakeholders, designing your programs to be flexibly adapted for these needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, execution and impact assessment end-to-end for large-scale enablement programs designed to ensure the field acquires new knowledge, develops skills, follows process, and ultimately changes behavior in service of achieving global business priorities.
- Translate business problems into a Strategic Enablement Plan by partnering with relevant leaders and cross-functional partners to proactively define Enablement priorities and requirements for commercial success.
- Leverage direct observation, qualitative and quantitative data to uncover insights underpinning your recommendations for effective “global” enablement that meets goals and can be adjusted to account for “local” (LOB / regional / segment) differences.
- Collaborate with Go To Market Enablement partners (Learning Design, Sales Performance Consulting, Program Operations) and across the company (Product Marketing, Policy, Pricing) to identify shared short and long term goals, opportunities and interdependencies for success.
- Develop high quality enablement content with input from SMEs that is well structured, clear, concise, engaging to the audience, and is actionable and measurable.
- Analyze program metrics, report on insights to assess enablement impact at a system level and identify opportunities for iteration and improvement.
- Create and drive effective change management and communication strategies that lead to increased awareness and adoption, buy-in and engagement across the broader Enablement and Sales organizations.
- Leverage exceptional written and verbal communications and presentation skills to communicate up and across to leadership and stakeholders through regular touch points (monthly business reviews, strategy narratives, quarterly enablement impact, etc.)
- Anticipate challenges in an agile manner, resolving independently and proactively
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, communications, engineering, product management, education or other related fields
- 3+ years of experience leading complex multi-stakeholder programs
- 5+ years of combined experience in Enablement, Sales, Sales Management, Strategy & Operations, Change Management, Consulting, or Learning & Development
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business, marketing, education, or other related field
- Proven experience in a strategic planning role, with demonstrated ability to prioritize initiatives that address business objectives, ensuring clarity of the goals for all stakeholders involved
- Demonstrated Business and Sales Acumen with preference for knowledge of B2B sales processes, skills, and tools to drive efficiency, effectiveness, predictability, and scalability
- Ability to manage effectively under tight deadlines, independently drive operational processes and manage programs through scoping, executing, reporting and analyzing program impact
- Successful record of leading sustained behavioral and / or organizational change, with an emphasis on leading change for sales organizations
- Previous leadership success in highly decentralized organizations requiring collaboration, consensus, and a high degree of informal influence
- Experience designing and building Enablement programs including creating learning objectives, learning experiences, and metrics
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional relationships and partnering with matrixed teams to roll out large enablement programs at scale
- Experience driving experiments and innovative, out-of-the-box enablement programs that solve for learning objectives in an effective and engaging way
- Expertise in facilitating engaging and productive enablement workshops, ensuring clear communication, active field participation, and effective outcomes
- Fluency in ML / AI tools, specifically conversation intelligence software, learning management systems, project management software, and MS Office products.

The pay range for this role is $117,000 to $190,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
