Job Description
supervis the daily operations of staff accommodation facilities.
Oversee resident admissions, allocations, move-ins, move-outs, and occupancy records.
Ensure housing units, common areas, and facilities are clean, safe, and well maintained.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with internal teams and external contractors.
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance, safety, and compliance issues.
Develop and enforce housing policies, procedures, and community standards.
Address resident inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor housing occupancy levels and prepare regular operational reports.
Manage housing budgets, monitor expenses, and control operating costs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations.
Supervise housing staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and administrative personnel.
Coordinate emergency response procedures for housing-related incidents.
Maintain accurate records of residents, inventories, inspections, maintenance, and contracts.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
Recommend improvements to housing services and resident satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in housing, property, facilities, or accommodation management.
Experience supervising teams and managing residential or employee accommodation facilities is preferred.
Additional Information
