About the Role 

Micron’s Package Technology Development team in Singapore is looking for a motivated and experienced individual contributor for this position in Process Development team. 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Execution & Integration Engineer to support engineering builds, customer sample execution, and manufacturing coordination within advanced semiconductor packaging development. 

This role serves as a key integration point between Business Units, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to ensure engineering and customer lots are executed efficiently from planning through completion. The position offers an excellent opportunity for early-career engineers to develop strong technical, operational, and leadership capabilities in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Key Responsibilities 

End-to-End Lot Execution 

  • Monitor lot status and proactively drive resolution of execution issues. 

  • Support on-time delivery of engineering samples and customer commitments. 

Engineering Build Coordination 

  • Coordinate engineering build activities across development and manufacturing teams. 

  • Support planning and execution of High-Volume Manufacturing Readiness (HR) builds and qualification activities. 

  • Track build progress, identify bottlenecks, and facilitate issue resolution. 

  • Align execution plans across multiple functions and manufacturing sites. 

System & Data Management 

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity for lot traceability and execution reporting. 

  • Generate execution status updates and operational reports. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Facilitate communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables. 

Risk Management & Escalation 

  • Drive mitigation actions with stakeholders. 

  • Escalate critical issues promptly and support recovery plans. 

Integrating Artificial Intelligence

  • Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgement and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements

  • Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work

Required Qualifications 

Minimum Qualifications 

Degree in:  

  • Engineering 

  • Materials Science 

  • Mechanical Engineering 

  • Electrical Engineering 

  • Industrial Engineering 

  • Manufacturing Engineering 

  • Or related technical fields 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Good communication and teamwork abilities. 

Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools. 

Fluent in English communication (written and verbal). 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Internship, project, or academic experience related to manufacturing, operations, or semiconductor industries. 

  • Experience with data analysis tools or manufacturing systems. 

  • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing or advanced packaging processes. 

  • Familiarity with project management concepts.
