Join the Team That Helps Build the Kendall Family!Kendall Auto Group is looking for a Human Resources Staffing Specialist to join our team in Meridian, Idaho. If you love staying organized, working with people, and being the person who helps new employees get off to a great start, this could be the perfect fit.

As part of our Human Resources team, you'll help support more than 2,700 employees across the 5 states where Kendall operates. From welcoming new hires to keeping HR processes running smoothly, you'll play an important role in creating a great employee experience. This is an on-site position in Meridian, Idaho. What You'll Be Doing: 

  • Completing background checks and supporting the hiring process
  • Working with Hiring Managers to pre-screen candidates and ensure we are contacting candidates quickly
  • Maintaining contact with HR Manager and Hiring Manager throughout background check process
  • Ensuring all candidates are moved through the entire process in a timely manner; Our goal is to contact every candidate
  • Helping bring new team members onboard through hiring, onboarding, and orientation
  • Entering and maintaining accurate employee information
  • Answering HR phone calls and providing helpful information
  • Supporting a variety of additional HR projects and administrative tasks

  • Have at least 2 years of office experience (background check experience is a plus!)
  • Have strong communication, grammar, and data entry skills
  • Are comfortable working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and multiple computer applications
  • Can handle detailed work with accuracy— in a fast-paced environment
  • Value professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Don't mind repetitive tasks and appreciate the satisfaction of getting the details right
