We are the leading resource for Pilates equipment, information and education for fitness centers, studios, rehabilitation facilities and home enthusiasts. Founded in 1976, the company was the first to substantially update Joseph Pilates' equipment with state-of-the-art engineering, materials and technology. About the Role

Description

Balanced Body® is hiring! We're on the hunt for an experienced Payroll and HR Support Specialist to join our People team and help keep both the paychecks and the people side of Balanced Body running smoothly.

In this role, you'll manage payroll — domestic and international — for 450+ employees on our biweekly cycle — hands-on and detail-heavy during processing week, lighter in the week between — while also handling core HR responsibilities across employee records, compliance, training & development, and onboarding/offboarding, plus supporting the broader People team on recruiting, employee relations, and safety. If you love precision and process just as much as you enjoy keeping people-facing operations running smoothly, we want to meet you.

You'll bring sharp attention to detail, rock-solid consistency, and the communication chops to work cross-functionally with leadership across the company. We move fast and priorities shift — so comfort with a little healthy chaos is a must. In return, you'll be joining an industry leader that's stable, growing, and genuinely cares about doing right by people and the planet.
