About the Role

Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 3:30pm

35hrs/Full-Time


General Description of the Position: The person in this position will serve as the senior staff ensuring accuracy of program participant payroll, contractual billing, attendance verification, Therap, Therap onboarding, reporting, auditing, and training. Supports Service area Directors and Leadership to ensure services provided adhere to IP goals and align with authorization. Matrix Management skills are essential as the Director works in conjunction with all service areas to ensure that quality programming is provided in a regulatory compliant manner while addressing the needs and preferences of the people in our programs.

Minimum Requirement:  Bachelor of Science/Arts Degree in a related field. Minimum of five years’ experience manage services for individuals with disabilities. May be substituted with 5+ years’ experience in operational or administrative management. 

Additional Requirement:  Must have valid Driver's License and have own vehicle to use, as needed.
