ServiceNow Product Owner

As the ServiceNow Product Owner, you will be accountable for defining and executing the product vision, roadmap, and governance of the ServiceNow platform across the enterprise. You will act as the owner for platform strategy, ensuring that ServiceNow delivers measurable business value, supports standardized ITSM processes, and enables future-ready capabilities such as CSDM adoption and AI-driven automation.

This role is critical in ensuring platform scalability, data integrity (CMDB), and seamless integration across the IT ecosystem.
Operating in a global and cross-functional environment, you will balance strategic vision with execution discipline—enabling innovation while ensuring governance, stability, and operational excellence.
