About the Role

POSITION SUMMARY

The position is responsible for supporting program operations relating to the delivery and documentation of care provided by the Hawaii Keiki: Healthy and Ready to Learn Program. This position supports use of the DOE provided electronic student health record, currently Infinite Campus (IC) Health Module; EPIC; and virtual health platforms (i.e. TytoCare, MedWand). This position provides administrative support to clinical staff in the conduct of program operations to ensure efficient operations that allow the clinicians to focus on clinical responsibilities.

Hours per week: 40; Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:00pm

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education/Training/Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • Previous work experience in data entry and reporting
  • Previous work experience in administrative support

Skills/Knowledge

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in: Google Workspace, MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated writing skills.
