Job Description
We are looking for Talent Acquisition professionals at various stages of their careers. Whether you are a Junior Recruiter eager to learn or an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist ready to share your expertise, we offer opportunities to grow, learn, and make an impact within our international HR Shared Services Centre.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing recruitment activities across selected stages of the hiring process
- Acting as a key contact for candidates, Hiring Managers, and HR stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate data and documentation in the ATS
- Supporting onboarding activities and recruitment administration
- Coordinating background checks and ensuring GDPR compliance
- Preparing recruitment reports and tracking key recruitment metrics
- Contributing to process improvement, standardization, and documentation
- Identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience
Qualifications
Your profile:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or recruitment coordination or
- English (minimum B2 level) and Dutch (minimum C1 level)
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned processes
- Strong communication skills and experience working with stakeholders across different levels of the organization
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in a corporate, Shared Services Center (SSC), or international environment is
- Experience with ATS platforms and HR systems (e.g., Workday, SmartRecruiters) is a strong advantage
