Job Description
The role of Telematics Graduate Commercial Analyst is really important to support the Commercial team in achieving its targets.
Your responsibilities day to day will be:
- Partnering with sales teams to coordinate daily deal review, marketing offers and commercial training.
- Assisting with the monthly re-pricing processes.
- Assisting with the maintenance of the Domestic and International Price lists for > 8,000 product price points, including targeted re-pricing proposals, tailored for each market.
- Assisting with the development of margin improvement initiatives and ad hoc commercial projects
- Assisting with the providing oversight and insights into our commercial reporting for Telematics primarily focused on volume, unit margins and other products & services which together comprise our growth margin.
- Assisting with the reporting on current and future performance of Telematics across our 11 territories to various stakeholders and advising on further improvements or corrective courses of action
- Identifying system and process developments alongside our operations and sales teams, promoting continuous improvement
- Working with Financial Operations team, ensuring we have zero leakage during our billing process
- Supporting the business with relevant ad-hoc project work that impacts pricing, billing, systems and reporting.
- Critical review of current processes and procedures, including proposals for improvement and adequate documentation of SOPs.
- Maintaining rolling view of Unit economics analysis across all products and regions.
Qualifications
What do we expect of you?
- Strong analytical skills, learning to undertake a range of financial and business modelling tasks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Advanced Excel skills – including experience of creating and using Pivot Tables and Look Ups.
- Driving process improvements and harbouring a continuous improvement methodology.
- Ability to prioritise and keep to deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering measurable business results and driving continuous improvement.
