Our Parts team works in a fast-paced environment serving Lexus guests throughout the community. Work is performed primarily indoors spending up to 75% of shift using phone, email, internet, and chat systems to coordinate and communicate with team.

Jobs duties also include assisting with inventory, order processing, maintaining positive relationships with vendors, and ensuring complete guest satisfaction.

Candidates should also be detail-oriented and familiar with vehicle systems to assist guests in accurately identifying components via electronic parts catalogues. Candidates must have polished customer service skills, a solid work ethic, and the ability to balance competing priorities under pressure. If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply!
