We are searching for a junior controller (m, f, d) as</p> <p><strong>Group Controller Fund Investment</strong></p> <h2 id="aufgaben">Aufgaben</h2> <p>As a support staff member on the Fund Controlling team, responsible for a wide range of generalist tasks such as assisting with ongoing financial analyses, the budgeting process, and forecasting; variance analyses; the reconciliation and review of fees; the review of fund investments; ad hoc analyses; etc., to provide transparency and a basis for management decision-making / Supporting scenario analyses, research, financial projections, cash management, etc./ Maintaining and continuously developing management reporting / Collaborating on the further development and automation of reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, as well as on the optimization of AI-powered tools to improve the efficiency and quality of the systems / Participating in initiatives that promote AI-supported work environments, cross-functional projects, and the integration of IT and data flows.</p> <h2 id="qualifikation">Qualifikation</h2> <p>Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Banking &amp; Finance or Business Information Systems / Experience in the fund industry gained during or after your studies as a financial analyst in a bank’s asset management division, an investment controller in management, or an IT auditor at a Big Four firm in the fund business / Analytical and detail-oriented thinking / Team-oriented mindset and interest in coordinating projects / Strong interpersonal and communication skills / Strong interest in IT, databases, multidimensional data structures (cubes), AI-supported work environments, etc. / Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft 365, and working with databases / Knowledge of SQL and Python, as well as an interest in machine learning (ML) and AI-driven processes / Knowledge of cubes / German and English.</p> <p>Please send us your documents for an initial contact by e-mail to contact@coni-partner. com or call us on +41 44 254 90 10.
