We are looking for a US tax specialist (m, f, d) as</p> <p><strong>Tax Advisor US &amp; AEOI Tax Compliance PE Funds</strong></p> <h2 id="aufgaben">Aufgaben</h2> <p>Support investment funds practices, advising on AEOI and also US tax compliance and reporting matters for private equity investments and other private market investment structures / Provide technically strong, commercially focused input across a broad range of US funds matters / Review of complex fund structures and ensuring compliance with US tax regulations for investment funds and their investors / Advising on US tax reporting requirements, including K-1 schedules and investor disclosures / Supporting fund structuring, launches and ongoing operational tax matters / Acting as a technical point of contact for internal stakeholders and investors / Identifying and managing US tax risks and compliance obligations / Contributing to process improvement and best practice within the function</p> <h2 id="qualifikation">Qualifikation</h2> <p>Bachelor’s or Master’s in Law, Taxation or Economics / LL.M.; knowledge of tax law would be an advantage / In-depth knowledge of CRS/AEOI and also US taxation, particularly in relation to private market funds (private equity, etc.) / professional experience with one of the ‘Big Four’ or an international tax consultancy firm / Experience with CRS and also US tax compliance of fund investments and an interest in international tax matters e.g. fund structuring, fund distribution or tax reporting / Analytical mindset and a goal-oriented approach to work, including the ability to multitask / Ability to work in a team and a strong customer focus / Problem-solver, detail-oriented / Interest in an intercultural environment / Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).</p> <p>Please send us your documents for an initial contact by e-mail to contact@coni-partner. com or call us on +41 44 254 90 10.
