Eskola, LLC - Nashville, TN | Full-Time | $18.00 - $23.00 / hour (Based on Qualifications & Experience)
Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and Southeastern U.S. since 1972. We are looking for a looking for a hardworking, safety-conscious Service Technician to join our Nashville team. You will help install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems - flat, metal, and membrane (TPO, PVC, EPDM) - while working alongside an experienced crew.
What You Will Do
- Assist with installation, repair, and replacement of commercial roofing systems
- Inspect roofs to identify damage and maintenance needs
- Perform routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and service calls
- Use hand and power tools to safely complete roofing tasks
- Follow OSHA guidelines and all company safety policies
- Work closely with supervisors and crew to keep projects on track
What We Are Looking For
- Roofing or construction experience preferred, not required
- Comfortable working at heights, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working outdoors
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to travel and work out of town
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Preferred Skills & Certifications
- 3+ years of commercial roofing experience
- OSHA 10 or 30 Hour Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- CDL, aerial lift, or forklift certification
- Sheet metal roofing experience
