About the Role

Creighton University College of Nursing invites applications from full-time faculty for a 12-month appointment on the Omaha or Phoenix campus. The College is seeking applications from applicants with a community health or population health background. Responsibilities include the teaching/supervision of undergraduate students in community-based settings, curriculum development, and academic advising. Other faculty responsibilities include those associated with service and scholarship commensurate with the College of Nursing and university expectations for rank.

Candidates must possess a doctoral degree and 2 years of clinical nursing experience. Ideally, the candidate will have experience in classroom and simulation instruction, the use of technology in classroom and lab instruction,  and clinical supervision. The candidate must have a current unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state of Nebraska, or eligibility for licensure.

The College of Nursing serves over 700 BSN students across all campuses as well as over 250 students in its graduate program.
