So, what's the job?


We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team. It is your opportunity to significantly contribute to our success and enable our growth as we hire excellent people to fill multiple roles in our core business. Candidate experience is everything to us, so we need someone who lives and breathes recruiting!


You will:

  • Work with hiring managers to identify their hiring needs and develop and implement strategies to reach out to potential candidates.
  • Build a strong talent pool for key positions, and develop and maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns.
  • Lead top candidate experiences, innovative recruiting & brand initiatives to create strong employer branding both internally and externally
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to build and facilitate the best hiring processes.
  • Analyze recruitment data and visualize it.

  • 3 years of experience recruiting for technology positions (at least 2 years in a high-tech company).
  • Proven experience with sourcing methods and skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a dynamic environment.
  • You are a people person, curious and thoughtful, and enjoy working in a team.
  • Versatile and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
  • High level of English
  • Fluent with AI in your day-to-day workflow — you use it to source deeper, reach out smarter, research faster, and automate the parts that don't need you.
