Ramsay's Graduate Program is a structured pathway that supports your transition from graduate to confident, skilled practitioner. Our program is delivered over two distinct stages; 

  • Year 1: Explore Your Potential: Gain diverse experience through rotations in various clinical settings, including medical, surgical, mental health, perioperative care, maternity and critical care. Discover your passions and build a strong foundation of clinical skills.
  • Year 2: Focus Your Expertise: Tailor your development year to your chosen specialty, receiving dedicated mentoring and support to refine your skills and advance your career.

Qualifications

  • Have completed or are on track to complete your Bachelor of Nursing. 
  • Eligible for AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse by February 2027
  • Hold valid Australian work rights.
