About the Role
Drive has recently partnered with new nonprofit and charitable organizations and is actively building 2–3 marketing teams around top performers who want to make a real impact.

While this role begins at the entry level, our focus is long-term growth. We are committed to internally developing select candidates from a Marketing Assistant role into Managing Director positions within 12 months. It’s a fast track—but that’s the pace required to support the urgent missions of the organizations we represent.

We’re especially interested in candidates with an athletic background or competitive mindset. Individuals who understand discipline, resilience, and teamwork tend to thrive—especially when paired with a genuine passion for giving back and creating meaningful change.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate about nonprofit work, social impact, and community outreach
  • Leads with integrity and accountability
  • Strong team player with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable engaging with diverse communities and demographics
  • Excited to take on leadership and grow within the organization
  • Thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred (MBA a plus)
  • Based here or able to relocate within 2–3 weeks
Responsibilities Include:

  • Execute face-to-face outreach and marketing campaigns on behalf of nonprofit partners
  • Educate the public on charitable initiatives and drive donor engagement
  • Provide daily updates to team leads and weekly KPI reports to account managers
  • Build and maintain relationships at outreach sites and community events
  • Travel for networking and nonprofit events every 2–3 months
  • Lead monthly team presentations to track impact and performance
  • Stay current on client missions, campaigns, and community needs
  • Conduct market research to identify new outreach opportunities
  • Help generate new fundraising and awareness strategies
We are new and focused on building a strong, purpose-driven foundation. Our team is made up of individuals who want more than just a paycheck—they want their work to matter.

What We Offer:

  • Paid, hands-on training in nonprofit marketing and outreach
  • Base salary plus performance-based bonuses
  • Opportunity to grow into leadership roles within a year
  • Benefits eligibility after 90 days
We are hiring immediately and will prioritize local candidates available for in-person interviews.

If you are looking to start in May, please email your resume directly to admin@nmgroupnow.com, as May applicants will not be considered through this posting.
