We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Private Equity apprentice to join our team. This apprenticeship provides exposure to private equity tax, and advisory services, and offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic professional environment.

How You’ll Contribute:

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial data and reports
• Support the review and reconciliation of financial records and documentation
• Contribute to the preparation of internal and client-facing deliverables
• Participate in data validation, organization, and reporting tasks
• Conduct financial and industry research to support ongoing engagements
• Collaborate with team members on process improvements and special projects
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all assigned tasks
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and task ownership

Requirements

What Skills You’ll Bring:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment
