About the Role
 
 
Client Support Specialist (Enjoy Summers Off!)

Family Centers School-Based Health Center (SBHC) team is sited at 7 school-based clinics within the Stamford Public Schools, offering medical, mental health, health education, and dental services to adolescent students.  

We are currently seeking a friendly, service-oriented Client Support Specialist whose primary responsibility is as an administrator for one of our school-based health centers in Stamford, CT. Responsibilities include recordkeeping, collecting data, scheduling appointments, and establishing positive rapport with the students, nurse practitioner, social worker, dentist, and school staff while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.   

Qualifications:

  • Three plus years' experience working in a medical office setting
  • Strong computer skills (proficiency with Microsoft Office and EPIC a plus)
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to relate effectively to children and adolescents
  • Friendly, service-oriented personality
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
