Forklift Operator – Sit Down

Classification: Hourly, Non-Exempt

Department: LETEM Recycling ABQ

Reports to: Department Supervisor

Position Description:

Forklift Operator responsibilities in a pallet assembly environment.   Responsibilities includes: operating a forklift, production area housekeeping, maintaining inventory organization, checking product for quality, and performing various other tasks.
 
 Position Requirements:
 • Sit Down Experience is required.
 • Looking for career-minded team players with steady work history.
 • Performing rotating loading or unloading duties as assigned on a daily basis
 • Helping to organize the facility
 • Cleaning and sweeping facility as needed
 • Providing customer service to all working departments
 • Operating forklifts safely and responsibly
 • Treating all customers and coworkers in a helpful and professional manner
 • Must be flexible to extended hours of work, including weekends.
 • Must be able to read a measuring tape.
