Job Description

Nestled between lake, bush and beach on Worimi Country, Myall Shores NRMA Holiday Park is a favourite escape for families, couples and travellers wanting to slow down and reconnect with nature.

What You’ll Do

This role is a 3-month fixed term contract with potential for permanent. 

  • Overall park operations and guest experience
  • Leadership of the onsite team
  • Safety, compliance and risk
  • Financial performance and reporting
  • Relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Asset presentation and maintenance
  • Continuous improvement and project work

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in park, hospitality or accommodation operations
  • Leadership experience managing frontline teams
  • Strong focus on safety, standards and guest satisfaction
  • Confidence working with budgets, reporting and commercial outcomes
  • Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
