CAD Manager (Civil - Roads and Infrastructure)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CAD Manager to lead CAD drafting operations for roads and infrastructure projects in the UAE. The role will oversee CAD teams, drawing preparation, coordination, quality control, and compliance with project standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise CAD draftsmen and drafting activities

• Prepare and review road, utility, drainage, and infrastructure drawings

• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and CAD standards

• Coordinate drawings with engineering, site, planning, and QS teams

• Review consultant/client comments and ensure timely revisions

• Manage drawing registers, revisions, submissions, and approvals

• Prepare and review as-built drawings

• Maintain CAD standards, templates, and drawing procedures

• Provide technical guidance and support to the CAD team

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Drafting, or related field

• 10+ years of CAD/Drafting experience, with strong exposure to roads and infrastructure projects

• Proven experience managing/supervising CAD teams

• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D

• Strong knowledge of road, utilities, drainage, and infrastructure drawings

• UAE roads & infrastructure experience is highly preferred

• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage
