About the Role

The Assistant Manager – Training is responsible for managing and overseeing the operations of the in-house Facilities Management Training Center supporting Hard and Soft Services teams. The role ensures the effective planning, coordination, and delivery of training programs that develop employee competence, support operational excellence, and comply with organizational and regulatory requirements. The position ensures training activities follow structured learning frameworks, measurable learning outcomes, and continuous improvement principles aligned with educational management best practices and ISO 21001 standards.

The role oversees trainer scheduling, training program implementation, competency assessment, and training center governance to ensure that training services consistently meet the needs of learners, operational departments, and organizational objectives.
