About the Role

Description

Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma is hiring an experienced technician to service Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans, including both diesel- and gas-powered vehicles, in one of the Northwest's busiest luxury dealerships. What You'll Do 

  • Diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans
  • Perform maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services
  • Complete mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic repairs
  • Inspect vehicles and accurately document repair recommendations
  • Work closely with the parts and service teams to support efficient repairs
  • Maintain quality workmanship while meeting production expectations
  • Follow Mercedes-Benz repair procedures and safety standards

What We're Looking For 

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Technician, Mercedes-Benz Technician, Diesel Technician, or European Vehicle Technician
  • Experience performing engine, electrical, drivability, and diagnostic repairs
  • Mercedes-Benz, Sprinter, diesel, or European vehicle experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Requirements

 

  • 1 year of automotive experience. 
  • ASE certifications are ideal. 
  • Strong automotive background 
  • Strong teamwork skills 
  • Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written. 
  • Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.  
  • Must have a clean & valid driver's license.
