About the Role

In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in supporting our Supply Chain Operations in the generation of purchase orders for various HelloFresh markets across Europe, the UK, Australia and New Zealand. This role will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our ordering processes using a combination of in-house tools and google suite packages. Working closely with the Supply Chain, Procurement and Forecasting teams, this role will raise, edit and send purchase orders to our suppliers,, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

  • Drive Inbound Delivery & On-Time Performance: Partner closely with fulfillment sites to track ingredient shipments, resolve stock shortages, and manage non-compliance incidents promptly to protect customer availability.

  • Strengthen Supplier Accountability & Daily Communication: Maintain daily touchpoints with suppliers to manage emergency stock needs, track order statuses, and hold vendors to the highest service standards.

  • Provide Core Procurement & Administrative Support: Assist Buyers with daily procurement tasks, including high-volume inbox management, issuing emergency purchase orders, and resolving vendor inquiries.

  • Manage Data Operations & Inbound Analytics: Perform daily data entry, track key metrics, and build reports using G-Suite and internal systems to identify risks, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally Across Operations: Proactively share updates with Procurement, Food Safety, Inventory, and Production teams to mitigate inbound supply chain risks and maintain operational continuity.

  • Manage Workloads & Support Strategic Objectives: Prioritize competing daily operational requirements to ensure full, on-time delivery while supporting broader department and organizational goals.

  • Optimize Operational Processes & Standards: Execute standard operating procedures with high accuracy while identifying and recommending continuous improvement opportunities for supply chain workflows.

What you’ll bring

  • At least a four-year college graduate preferably with a strong background in Supply Chain Operations, Management or any Business-related course.
  • This role is suited to a candidate who has at least 1 year experience working with international markets, preferably in supply chain, logistics or transportation 
  • Hands on mentality
  • Requires expertise in operating Microsoft Office programs
  • Language: English, other European languages considered a plus (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian)
