About the Role

fruitcore robotics entwickelt die Physical AI Platform für industrielle Automatisierung. Wir verbinden Robotik-Hardware, KI-gestützte intelligente Steuerung und Software zu einem integrierten System, das Automatisierung deutlich einfacher macht.
 
Mit unseren Industrierobotern und sofort einsetzbaren Robotic Solutions bringen wir diese Technologie heute schon in die Produktion. Gleichzeitig arbeiten wir mit PLEXA, unserer Industrial Humanoid Platform, an der nächsten Generation industrieller Robotik.
 
Bei fruitcore arbeitest du an Technologien, die gerade neu definieren, wie Menschen und intelligente Maschinen in Zukunft zusammenarbeiten. Deine Challenge

  • Inbetriebnahme, Wartung und Reparatur von Robotersystemen
  • Entgegennehmen, Testen und Updaten der Roboter-Mietflotte
  • Fehlersuche bei Problemen von Testing-Robotern
  • Ansprechpartner und Bindeglied zwischen Kunden und internen Fachabteilungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team der Anwendungstechnik
  • Unterstützung des Außendienstes 

Dein Talent

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. Mechatroniker) oder Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik o.ä.
  • Wenn du bereits ein paar Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Außendienst sammeln konntest, ist das vorteilhaft, aber kein Muss
  • Du hast Freude daran, unsere Kunden sowohl vor Ort als auch vom Büro aus zu betreuen
  • Neben deiner technischen Leidenschaft und Begeisterung für Automatisierung, hast du ebenso eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Im Kundenkontakt überzeugst du mit deinem kompetenten und kundenfreundlichen Auftreten
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und kannst dich in Englisch gut verständigen
  • Du besitzt einen gültigen Führerschein (Klasse B)
