PHYSICIAN GROUP ASC PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITY

Description
Bring Your Patients. Expand Your Surgical Capacity. Grow With Us.
Riverside, California
Cornerstone Surgery Center is seeking established physician groups and medical practices interested in developing a long-term ASC relationship in Riverside, California.
We are particularly interested in groups specializing in:
Orthopedic Surgery | Plastic Surgery | Interventional Pain Management
This is not an employment or physician-staffing opportunity. Cornerstone Surgery Center is not seeking to employ the physicians within the group. Participating physicians will remain affiliated with their respective independent practices and will bring their own patients and surgical/procedural volume to the ASC.
For groups seeking a deeper strategic relationship, there may also be an opportunity to explore potential ASC ownership, subject to applicable legal, regulatory, financial, credentialing, and governing-board requirements.
About the ASC
Cornerstone Surgery Center provides an outpatient surgical environment designed to support physicians and practices seeking reliable surgical capacity and efficient patient throughput.
The facility features:
- 2 Operating Rooms
- 7-Bed PACU
- Experienced perioperative support
- Streamlined outpatient surgical workflows
- Collaborative ASC administration
- Block-time opportunities based upon volume and availability
- Potential for long-term strategic growth
- Potential ASC ownership opportunities for qualified physicians
What We Are Looking For

Groups performing ASC-appropriate interventional pain procedures and surgical pain technologies.
Requirements
Physician Group Responsibilities
Each participating physician will be required to successfully complete Cornerstone's credentialing and privileging process and maintain all required licenses, certifications, registrations, professional liability coverage, and qualifications associated with their specialty.
Participating physicians will also be expected to:
- Maintain responsibility for their independent medical practices and patient relationships
- Coordinate appropriate cases for scheduling at Cornerstone
- Comply with Cornerstone's Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, policies, and procedures
- Meet applicable CMS, California, accreditation, quality, infection-prevention, and patient-safety requirements
- Participate in peer review and quality initiatives when required
- Support efficient OR scheduling and utilization
- Complete operative/procedure notes within 48–72 hours following the date of service, with earlier completion when required by applicable law, payer requirements, accreditation standards, facility policy, or patient-care needs
- Maintain complete and timely patient medical records
A Long-Term ASC Relationship
Cornerstone is interested in building relationships with physician groups that view their ASC as an extension of their practice—not simply a location where cases are performed.
For groups with meaningful outpatient surgical volume, opportunities may exist to discuss:
Dedicated or recurring block time
Establish predictable surgical access based upon utilization and facility availability.
Practice growth
Create additional outpatient surgical capacity as the group's patient population expands.
Operational collaboration
Work directly with ASC leadership to improve scheduling, patient flow, efficiency, and surgical experience.
Potential ASC ownership
Qualified physicians may have an opportunity to explore investment in the surgery center, subject to separate evaluation, applicable laws and regulations, and governing-board approval.
Any potential investment opportunity will be structured independently from referral volume. Ownership is not guaranteed and will not be offered or conditioned based upon the volume or value of referrals or business generated for the ASC.
Let's Grow Together
Cornerstone Surgery Center is looking for established physician groups that want a reliable ASC partner and see an opportunity to build something for the long term.
If your group has an established patient base and outpatient surgical volume in Orthopedics, Plastic Surgery, or Interventional Pain Management, we would welcome a conversation about bringing your cases to Cornerstone and exploring what a broader strategic relationship could look like.
