  • Monitor compliance with company anticorruption, integrity, and fraud policies, and support the design and improvement of effective controls.
  • Conduct and oversee third-party due diligence, including identifying, escalating, and resolving red flags for agents, distributors, consultants, intermediaries, suppliers, and other high-risk partners.
  • Support compliance integration for acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions, including post-acquisition reviews and remediation plans.
  • Prepare and deliver risk-based integrity and compliance training for employees and relevant external parties.
  • Conduct, manage, or support internal investigations involving potential corruption, fraud, conflicts of interest, policy violations, or related misconduct.
  • Partner with the Regional Compliance Officer, Legal, Finance, Internal Audit, Human Resources, Procurement, Trade Controls, and business leaders to implement corrective actions and strengthen accountability.
  • Evaluate internal and external compliance trends, enforcement developments, audit findings, and hotline data to identify emerging risks and program improvement opportunities.

The role requires strong familiarity with international anticorruption laws and standards, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the UK Bribery Act, and related books-and-records and internal-controls expectations.
