About the Role

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional with a background in Organization Development, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, and Change Management who is energized by helping organizations and people thrive. 

You are a strong communicator, relationship builder, and project manager who can partner effectively with leaders across functions, markets, and cultures. You are equally comfortable developing engagement strategies, driving organizational development initiatives, facilitating change, managing business projects, analyzing data, and translating business priorities into compelling employee communications. 

You will play a key role in shaping the employee experience and supporting the evolution of the SA&I organization as it transforms into a growth-oriented, solutions-focused, and AI-enabled organization.  

This role operates with the scope, visibility, and stakeholder engagement typically associated with a Manager to Senior Manager-level individual contributor. 

Role Purpose 

The Senior Specialist, Engagement & Organization Development will lead our ongoing efforts to create a great place to work and build a future-ready organization across the Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams within the APAC Strategic Analytics & Insights (SA&I) business. 

As SA&I evolves towards a more growth-oriented, solutions-focused, and AI-enabled future, much of the transformation will be driven through how we serve clients and deliver value. With Customer Success playing a central role in leading this change, this position will help leaders and teams build the capabilities, culture, and ways of working needed to support the future of the organization. 

The role, based in Malaysia, reports directly to the Customer Success Leader, SA&I APAC, and works closely with the SA&I Leadership Team, HR Business Partners, and functional leaders across the region.  

Employee Engagement & Learning 

  • Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to implement employee engagement, learning and development, and organization development initiatives aligned with business priorities to engage, develop, and retain talent. 
  • Provide data-driven input before, during, and after implementation to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. 
  • Serve as the key point of contact for employee engagement activities, initiatives, campaigns, and events. 
  • Support leaders and HR in identifying capability gaps and learning needs. 

Internal Communications & Change Enablement 

  • Own internal communications for employee engagement, learning, organization development, and transformation initiatives. 
  • Create communication and engagement plans to drive awareness, participation, and adoption of key initiatives. 
  • Develop and manage the annual engagement and communications calendar. 
  • Support leadership communications, including town halls, business updates, and employee forums. 

Workforce Planning & Organizational Effectiveness 

  • Support workforce planning activities by assessing current and future talent and capability needs. 
  • Analyze workforce and engagement data to provide insights and recommendations. 
  • Support initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and workforce readiness. 

Key Transformation Initiatives  

  • Support the execution of key transformation initiatives, e.g. Future of Customer Success, including capability building, AI adoption, and new ways of working. 
  • Develop project plans, track progress, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure successful execution. 
  • Prepare updates and recommendations for leadership teams 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, or equivalent business experience. Qualifications in Human Resources or Organization Development are an advantage. 
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Employee Engagement, Organization Development, Learning & Development, Internal Communications, Change Management, HR Programs, Project Management, or related disciplines. 
  • Experience working in a regional or cross-market environment. 
  • Experience implementing people initiatives aligned with organizational strategy and business goals. 
  • Knowledge of HR and Organization Development best practices is an advantage. 
  • Ability to use data, conduct analysis, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization. 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 
  • Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in a dynamic and evolving environment. 
  • AI proficiency, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Powerpoint
