About the Role

Description

Kendall Ford of Marysville is seeking a skilled Mobile Service Technician to join our team in Marysville, WA. We are one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in Marysville. As a Mobile Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for our customers' vehicles.Some of the benefits of working with Kendall as a technician are:

Responsibilities

  • Travel to customers' locations to perform on-site vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Determine vehicle problems and propose solutions
  • Inspect vehicle systems, including brakes, engine, and other components
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Document all work performed and parts used

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an automotive service technician
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Able to operate a wide variety of both automatic and manual transmission
  • Able to drive various vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans, including hybrid models
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Work is performed at customers' locations, tool usage includes mechanic's hand and power tools that produce significant vibration and force, standing and walking will be required for entire work shift in order to complete job duties. Pushing, pulling, crouching, squatting, reaching, and kneeling will be required frequently to access all parts of vehicles being worked on. Lifting as well as pushing and pulling weights and forces from 20 to 100 pounds occasionally required.
