Ultimate Responsibility: Supporting person-centered service goals for all our community members, which requires intimately knowing every resident and their unique needs, and ensuring every member of the Resident Services and Harbor team is seen and appreciated.

Other Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate team member training experiences for care partners and med techs on the resident services and Harbor teams
  • Assist with scheduling for all resident service team members and, when needed, the Harbor team
  • Help to ensure high-quality continuity of care and services
  • Conduct quality improvement initiatives and compliance audits to maintain high standards of community living
  • Lead the resident services team member master calendar coordination and, occasionally, supporting memory care
  • Facilitate resident services communication and collaboration, including resident, family, and clinical communication for all community residents
  • Manage the internal resident record-keeping functions for all community residents, including those in Harbor
  • Mentor and guide care partners and med techs

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Vocational or bachelor degree, preferred
  • Experience interacting with and deeply relating to seniors 
  • Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements 
  • Experience interacting with and deeply relating to seniors
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
