About the Role
Description
What We Offer:
- Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour
- Increase to $23.00 an hour upon successful completion of paid training and certifications
- Paid Training including First Aid, CPR, Mandt, and Medication Certification
- Stable Monday - Friday schedule with consistent hours

Your Role:
- Provide direct care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including hygiene and medication
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized home environment
- Schedule and accompany clients to medical appointments
- Manage household inventory and ensure adequate supplies are available
- Train and support new staff on care protocols and daily procedures
- Co-lead monthly house meetings
- Oversee spend-downs and petty cash reports
- Coordinate transportation for day programs, community outings, and more
Work Schedule:
- Typically Monday - Friday between 7am and 6pm. You won't work all these hours! We have some flexibility and will work with you to set a consistent 8 hour shift.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (as required by Montana state law)
- Experience in caregiving and supervisory roles is strongly preferred
- Must be dependable, compassionate, and a team player
- At least 5 years of driving experience with a clear enough record to satisfy our insurer
