About the Role


POSITION SUMMARY:  

The Registered Nurse is responsible for direct and indirect patient care of the patients within the Department. The RN will function as Team Leader to Emergency Department Technicians and clerical staff and will be accountable for narcotics within the department. The RN will make daily assignments, assure adequate staffing and will facilitate efficient/effective patient flow through the Department.



EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

1. RN Licensed in the State of Hawaii. BLS, ACLS, PALS Certified annual/biannual update certification required.

2. BSN, TNCC, CEN preferred. One year Emergency Department experience, preferred. OSHA training annually.
