About The Company
Circuit of The Americas is a world-class motorsports and entertainment venue in Texas, located nine miles from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and less than 15 miles from downtown Austin. Circuit of The Americas is more than a track – it is designed to be the only purpose-built facility in the U.S. to host the FORMULA 1 UNITED STATES GRAND PRIX™ through 2026. It will be the only FIA-certified Grade 1 track in the United States, and one of only 26 Grade 1-certified motorsports facilities in the world. The venue is expected to draw hundreds of thousands of fans from all over the world and be seen by approximately 30 million television viewers across the globe for the FORMULA 1 UNITED STATES GRAND PRIX™ while also hosting dozens of high-profile motorsports (MotoGP and NASCAR), entertainment and business events each year. COTA will also serve as a leader in sustainability as it relates to major event venues and motorsports, through high-performance operations, design, research, education and partnerships. The FORMULA 1 UNITED STATES GRAND PRIX™ will attract as many as 400,000 people each Grand Prix weekend, with an estimated 80 percent of attendees coming from outside Texas.
About the Role

Description

Circuit of The Americas (COTA) is a 365-entertainment destination for world-class events located in Austin, TX. The sports and entertainment portfolio at COTA is unmatched in the country with Formula 1 US Grand Prix, NASCAR and MotoGP attracting global fans during championship races on the famed Circuit and Live Nation producing over 30 headline concerts every year at the Germania Insurance Amphitheater. COTALAND is an amusement park with over 30 attractions and experiences, including first-of-their-kind roller coasters.


We're gearing up to hire our initial teams of Grand Opening CREW Members who will help shape how COTALAND runs before the gates ever open. You'll commission rides, prepare kitchens, set up dining rooms and retail stores, stock inventory, run practice scenarios, and help influence the operation and standards that every CREW Member after you will follow.

Along the way, you'll also receive training and development opportunities in guest experience, training others, and understanding how your role connects and supports the overall operation. When the park opens, you won't just be ready. You'll be the crew that helps everyone else get ready.

As a PARK SERVICES ATTENDANT, you'll keep COTALAND looking its best while interacting with our guests. You'll maintain cleanliness across the park including walkways, restrooms, dining areas, and guest spaces so the environment is always welcoming and show-ready.


Roles start at $16 per hour. Full time and part time hours are available.

Work Schedule and Conditions

This position is based on-site at COTALAND Theme Park at Circuit of The Americas in Austin, Texas and requires flexibility for non-traditional hours during rehearsals, installs, openings, and seasonal peak operations.


Required Qualifications:


Must be at least 16 years of age.

Ability to stand, sit, use hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms.

Ability to lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds.

Ability to squat, bend, twist, push/pull.

Ability to stand/walk for long periods.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.

Work in extreme environments outdoors throughout the year.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud during events.
