1. Open/Close Accounts
2. Client Relationship Management
3. Deposit Account Growth
4. Daily Transaction Assistance
5. Customer Service
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and maintain consumer and commercial accounts, CDs, IRAs, and other banking products.
- Provide consultative customer service, identify financial needs, and cross-sell products.
- Conduct outbound calls and personalized follow-ups to grow customer relationships and deposits.
- Assist customers with online/mobile banking and general inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to all bank policies and regulations.
- Provide back up support to front-line and process daily teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of retail banking products and account documentation.
- Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to process transactions accurately and maintain attention to detail.
- Consultative sales approach with ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage risk.
- Team-oriented with adaptability to changing priorities.

Requirements
Education and Experience:
· Requires a high school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent and customer service skills.
· 2-5 years of banking experience.
· Strong knowledge of bank operating procedures, practices and policies.
· Experience with consumer and business account opening and documentation.
· Comfortable and experienced with customer outreach (email, phone calls) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
· Ability to maintain confidentiality, use tact and diplomacy; maintain professional dress and demeanor.
· Ability to use considerable judgment and initiative to resolve problems and make recommendations.
Availability:
Available to work any shift between the operating hours of 7:45AM to 6:00PM Monday through Friday and between 8:30AM to12:00PM on rotating Saturdays.
