A casual place with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, the tavern has been a local favorite since opening its doors. Perhaps most famous for its incredible hamburgers, Casey's has been a perennial winner of the "Best Burger in Town Award". The menu is quite eclectic and wide ranging, with everything from deli sandwiches, salads, fish and steaks to vegetarian fare, creative appetizers and delicious desserts. About the Role

Description

Casey J’s Tavern is looking for an energetic and dependable Host/Food Runner to join our team. This is a permanent, year-round opportunity—not a seasonal position. Full-time and part-time schedules are available.


The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and passionate about hospitality. You’ll help create a welcoming experience for our guests while supporting smooth, efficient restaurant service.


Casey J’s Tavern is a casual, welcoming neighborhood restaurant serving wood-smoked barbecue favorites, elevated pub fare, creative cocktails, and more. We’re proud to offer quality food, friendly service, and a comfortable place where our guests can relax and feel at home.

Responsibilities: 

  • Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage the host stand and assist with guest seating
  • Communicate wait times clearly and professionally
  • Deliver food to tables promptly and accurately
  • Help ensure orders are complete and properly presented
  • Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management
  • Keep guest and service areas clean and organized
  • Assist the team wherever needed during busy shifts
