Warehouse Operator (1099 Contractor)

Description

WinChoice is looking for a dependable and organized Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for keeping our warehouse organized, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring materials are accounted for and ready for installation.

No prior warehouse experience is required—we are willing to train the right person!

What You’ll Do

• Unload incoming trucks and organize materials
• Receive, track, and maintain job inventory and material inventory
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and properly maintained
• Ensure all materials needed for jobs are accurately accounted for and ready for installation
• Maintain accurate inventory records using Microsoft Excel
• Communicate professionally with team members through email and text
• Work independently while staying organized and meeting daily responsibilities
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• No previous warehouse experience required
• Ability to regularly lift 50+ pounds
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills, including professional email and text communication
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and stay on top of multiple tasks
• Comfortable working in an environment with dust and varying temperatures
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, kneeling, and twisting

Physical Requirements

This is an active position that requires frequent physical movement throughout the workday, including lifting and moving materials, repetitive hand and arm movements, and bending or reaching.

Work Environment: Office and warehouse environment with exposure to dust and temperature variations.
