About the Role

Educator (Full-Time) | $30.97 – $38.14 per hour | Busy Bees at Fraser Coast

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Fraser Coast, on a full-time basis. You will play an important role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education and care, helping to create a nurturing and engaging environment where children thrive.


What you’ll do

  • Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
  • Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members
  • Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children
  • Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)

What you’ll bring

  • A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current - Working with Children Check for QLD.
  • Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach
