Early Childhood Teacher (Full-Time) | $45.80 – $63.38 per hour

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Busy Bees at Fraser Coast, on a full-time basis. You will play a key role in planning and delivering high-quality educational programs that support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and engaging environment.


What you’ll do

  • Deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child’s development
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
  • Collaborate with educators to maintain a positive and reflective team culture
  • Support the service to meet and exceed the National Quality Framework (NQF)
  • Contribute to curriculum planning, observations, and documentation

What you’ll bring

  • A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Current Teacher Accreditation/Registration for [NSW, VIC, SA, WA] or ability to obtain
  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher within Australia is highly regarded
  • Current - Working with Children Check for QLD
  • A genuine passion for child-led learning and ongoing professional growth
