The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and service-driven Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team at Nami. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, have a sharp eye for operational detail, and inspire high-performing teams. You will lead daily operations and help cultivate an environment that embodies modern elegance, warmth, and unmatched guest experience.


What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service execution and adherence to brand standards
  • Support recruitment, training, and mentorship of hourly staff to uphold a culture of excellence
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and culinary leadership to manage scheduling, labor, and service flow
  • Lead pre-shift meetings, service recovery, and team accountability
  • Maintain guest satisfaction scores and proactively resolve service issues
  • Assist in inventory, ordering, and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Foster relationships with regular guests and local partners to drive loyalty and community engagement

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in upscale or fine dining environments
  • Strong understanding of hospitality service standards and team leadership
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead by example
  • Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling software, and restaurant financials
  • A genuine passion for food, beverage, and the guest experience
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
