🔑 What You’ll Do

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing documents for escrow transactions
  • Communicate with clients and partners to ensure a seamless process
  • Maintain accurate records and organized transaction files
  • Support the Escrow Officer with administrative and transactional tasks
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet clients professionally
  • Open orders, manage file setup, and handle funds and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company standards
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the escrow process

🧠 What You Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
