Tool & Die Technician-Level 3

Job Description

As a Tool & Die Technician-Level 3 here at Solstice, you will ensure the precision and quality of tooling and die-making processes, maintaining, repairing, and improving tools and dies to boost production efficiency.

Key responsibilities.

• TO SUPPORT STAMPING PRODUCTION AND TROUBLE SHOOT PRESSES
• SPARE TOOLING PREPAPRATION
• SPARE TOOLING  PREPARATION
• SSP TEAM MEMBER
• ATTENDING DOWNTIME ISSUES ON PRESS MACHINES.
• ASSITING TOOL MAKER PRODUCT CHANGE OVER, PRESS SETUP, REPAIR AND ETC. 

Qualifications.

• Knowledge and experience of press tools, jigs, fixtures manufacturing and maintenance
• Able to operate basic tool room machines like grinding, milling & lathe etc
• Able to read and write engineering drawings
• Able to work under pressure in rotating shifts
