Collins Aerospace Additive Design and Manufacturing (ADaM) is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to support our Singapore additive manufacturing facility. This role will serve as the onsite Quality focal point and will play a key role in strengthening the site Quality Management System (QMS), supporting product and process quality, and driving continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will be an independent, collaborative problem solver who can effectively influence across Operations, Engineering, Materials, and Quality. This position will work closely with the Singapore and U.S. ADaM Quality organizations to implement quality processes, resolve issues, support new product introduction, and mature the site's quality capabilities.

What You Will Do *

Serve as the primary onsite Quality representative and partner with Operations, Engineering, Materials, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure products and processes meet applicable quality requirements.
Lead and support implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the site's Quality Management System in alignment with applicable Collins Aerospace, AS9100, and ADaM requirements.
Lead cross-functional problem solving and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) activities, including containment, root cause analysis, corrective action, effectiveness verification, and prevention of recurrence.
Support and lead quality activities associated with New Product Introduction (NPI), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), product qualification, and First Article Inspection (FAI).
Manage the FAI process to ensure compliance with AS9102 and internal requirements.
Establish and improve inspection and measurement processes, including inspection planning, measurement strategies, sampling, and application of GD&T requirements.
Partner with Engineering and Operations to develop and implement process controls and statistical methods, including Statistical Process Control (SPC), as appropriate.
Lead nonconformance and Material Review Board (MRB) activities, ensuring timely containment, disposition, risk assessment, and corrective action.
Support escape management and customer/internal quality issue resolution.
Develop, monitor, and communicate quality metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Manage the site's Measurement and Test Equipment (M&TE) calibration program in partnership with equipment and process owners.
Analyze quality and inspection data to support fact-based decision making and process improvement.
Support implementation and optimization of quality-related workflows and transactions within ERP/MES systems, including SAP and Solumina.
Support supplier quality activities, including supplier issue resolution, corrective actions, and implementation of required supplier controls.
Partner with ADaM process owners and Quality leadership in the U.S. and Singapore to standardize processes and drive continuous improvement.
Provide training, coaching, and guidance to site personnel on quality processes, procedures, and problem-solving methods.
Identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of quality processes through Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methods.

Qualifications You Must Have *

Typically requires a University Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and 5 years prior relevant experience.
Experience working within a regulated Quality Management System, such as AS9100, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, or a similar standard.
Experience independently leading quality activities in a manufacturing environment with limited oversight.
Demonstrated experience with root cause analysis, corrective action, and structured problem solving.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across Operations, Engineering, Quality, and other functions to resolve problems and improve processes.
Experience interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements.
Experience with inspection, measurement, or metrology processes in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with nonconforming material, containment, MRB, or similar quality processes.
Experience analyzing quality data and using data to support decisions and process improvement.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize and independently manage multiple projects, issues, and competing priorities.


Qualifications We Prefer

Experience specifically with AS9100 and/or aerospace manufacturing quality requirements.
Experience leading or supporting APQP, NPI, FAI, or product qualification activities.
Experience with AS9102 First Article Inspection requirements.
Experience with SPC, MSA, Gage R&R, or other statistical quality methods.
Experience with advanced metrology technologies such as CMM, 3D scanning, or automated inspection.
Experience leading MRB, escape management, supplier corrective action, or customer quality activities.
Experience with ERP/MES systems, particularly SAP, Solumina, or similar manufacturing systems.
Experience developing, revising, and implementing QMS procedures, work instructions, or other controlled documents.
Experience conducting internal or process audits.
Experience with supplier quality, supplier audits, or supplier corrective actions.
Knowledge of metallurgical laboratory testing and analysis.
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Six Sigma certification, or similar professional certification.
Formal training in AS9100, ISO 9001, APQP, or related quality methodologies.
Experience applying Lean or continuous improvement methods such as Gemba, 5S, Kaizen, or DMAIC.
Experience training or mentoring personnel on quality processes, tools, or problem-solving methods.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through University Degree combined with experience. Practical knowledge of RTX projects, programs

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
